Do I need to provide water or power?
We are fully equipped with our own onboard spot-free water tank and power generator. If access to an outdoor outlet is readily available, we may plug in, but it is never a requirement on your end.
How long does an appointment take?
Most standard Classic Details take between 2 to 3.5 hours. Comprehensive packages like The Prime Detail or multi-stage paint corrections can take between 4 to 6 hours depending on vehicle size and soil levels.
Do I have to be present the whole time?
Not at all! As long as we have access to the vehicle keys and space to operate around the car, you can go about your workday or relax inside your home. We'll send an update when we are near completion.
How do you handle severe pet hair or stains?
We have specialized tools including stone removers, rubber brushes, and high-heat steam extractors. Severe pet hair or heavy seat staining can be handled easily and is priced as an add-on during inspection.
What happens in case of rain or bad weather?
If inclement weather (rain, sleet, or extreme cold) prevents an outdoor detail, we will contact you right away to reschedule for the nearest clear day with zero penalty fees.
